The equipment installed in your home is determined by your builder, we will not make alterations or upgrades to the system before a home closes unless instructed to do so by your builder. If a smart thermostat is desired after closing, please contact us for a quote.
We do not install equipment provided by others.
If changes to your HVAC system by others impact the function or integrity of the system it may void our obligation to warranty the system.

Select your ERV/HRV wall control to access ERV/HRV Wall Control and Unit manuals. In some cases your ERV/HRV is controlled by your thermostat.
If controlled by your thermostat, select the wall control based on the year your home was built and reference the ERV/HRV unit manual only.
Select your humidifier to access the manual, the unit will be installed attached to your furnace duct if you purchased one as a builder extra
